Peter Cefai, Chairman
Peter Cefai brings clients 22 years experience in the IT industry with a strong background in sales and marketing, strategic planning and customer engagement. Peter was VP of Global Marketing for Honeywell/Avient Technologies when IBS acquired Avient in 2003. Prior to that, he served 19 years with International Computers Ltd., advancing to lead their Travel &Transport division.

Peter Krebs, CEO & President
In addition to his role with HBSi, Peter is COO of IBS Software Services Americas, developing strategic customer and partner relationships with travel industry customers. Prior to IBS, he was CEO of Atraxis North America and Atraxis Cargo Solutions. Peter is a native of Denmark, educated at the Copenhagen Business School, supplemented by courses at Henley Business School in the UK.

Greg Berman, Chief Operating Officer
Greg brings clients more than 20 years experience in the sales, software development, management, company operations, marketing and delivery of enterprise business software solutions, e-business services and IT. Prior to HBSi, he was VP of Mobile Solutions for Fujitsu Consulting, VP of Sales for Fujitsu Consulting, Founder and CTO of Albion Connect and a Partner for Albion International. Greg has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Operations Management from Auburn University and a master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Texas.

Lisa Barker, Vice President, Distribution Solutions
Lisa brings clients more than 20 years experience in the hospitality industry including posts with Hyatt Hotels, Hilton Hotels, and AMR’s TeleService Resources. Most recently she served as Director of Business Development for Pegasus Solutions.  Lisa has a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.

Keith Cotton, Vice President, Supply Solutions
Keith has more than 25 years of experience originating during the foundation of today’s electronic distribution environment. Most recently he was Director of Sales for AltiusPAR and Managing Director for ReservHotel. He is a founding board member of the Hotel Electronic Distribution Association (HEDNA). His experience includes years with Holiday Inn Worldwide and Pegasus Solutions as VP of Sales & Marketing. Keith was educated in Computer Science and Business at Baylor and the University of West Florida.
